ommunity Based Organization seeks dynamic individuals to work withstudents in a Brooklyn Middle School After-School programs.

Activity Specialists” are needed in the following areas:

1.Fashion Design-Teach students the principles of fashion patterning, designing reconstruction,sewing and making accessories.
2. Music-Teach students how to play instruments, write songs, produce music and compose music,using instruments and the latest available music software. We are also interested in identifying someone with experience developing a choir or singing group.

3. Dance-Teach students hip-hop dance and routines. Work with students to possibly enter various competitions.

4. Computer-Teach students typing, internet skills, graphic design, word processing and innovative computer technology.

5. Tutor-Provide students with homework help and tutoring in core subjects (math, english, science)

We are also interested in identifying (2) general counselors to wotk with the students, provide outreach services and chaperone on cultural learning trips.

Specialists will help lead the after school clubs on a weekly part-time basis. Clubs run from 2:00-6:00pm
