With the recent disturbing statistics of Black and Latino youth being incarcerated at disproportionate levels to White youth and shut out from Summer jobs and inadequate resources for school, R.E.B.E.L (Rallying, Educating & Building Effective Leadership) is holding a forum on youth incarceration w/ a presentation by Haslee Cameron, 15-year-old R.E.B.E.L Organizer.
