Whole Train is a gritty urban drama that pulsates with the sights and sounds of the graffiti underworld. It tells the riveting story of the KSB crew, four graffiti writers who are fighting for fame and respect at any price.

The fast-paced film features a soundtrack brimming with tracks produced by writer/director Florian Gaag featuring KRS One, Freddie Foxxx, O.C., Afu-Ra, Planet Asia, Tame One, Grand Agent and El Da Sensei. A special reception with complimentary drinks will begin the evening to discuss the current climate of graffiti art in America and will continue after the screening, with the director, KRS One and other special

Hello Filmmakers

Hello Filmmakers:

We are coming to the closing of the year, and have been working diligently in selecting the films and getting things ready for the 2007 H2O [Hip-Hop Odyssey] International Film Festival. We have a wonderful line-up, and would like to commend all of you who submitted for your hard work and dedication in displaying work on Hip-Hop culture.

This years theme is “The World is Yours.” The festival is scheduled to be held March 8 - 17th at the ImaginAsian Theater in NYC, with the Odyssey Awards on the 18th. Please check the website for those who have been selected on December 11th [we received hundreds of submissions!]

Further Opportunties:

We have also been working on providing further opportunities for our filmmakers to be displayed, distributed, and preserved. We will be sending out further information to our filmmakers to discuss these opportunities. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at filmmakers@hiphopassociation.org.
